Payment Options

To streamline your experience, we require payment at the time of service. We offer a variety of payment methods for your convenience, including cash, checks, money orders, LendingClub, CareCredit® and all major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover). In addition, we offer in-house financing solutions to further assist our patients in managing their dental expenses. If you have dental benefits, we are more than happy to file claims on your behalf for reimbursement sent directly to you.

Dental Benefit Information

Due to restrictions imposed by dental plan companies, we are categorized as non participating or "out of network." This means that we collect fees for services rendered upfront and subsequently file claims to the dental insurance company on behalf of our patients for direct reimbursement.

Patients with PPO dental plans typically have the flexibility to seek treatment from non-participating providers, while those with HMO plans are typically limited to participating providers. Should you have any questions regarding your dental benefits, we recommend reaching out directly to your dental insurance company for clarification.

Patients can contact their dental insurance company using the dental procedure codes provided during their treatment conference in our office. This allows them to obtain an estimate of the benefits covered under their plan to determine an estimate of the benefits covered. We encourage patients to seek this information firsthand, as plan benefit companies are required to disclose it promptly to the insured party. Upon request, we are more than happy to send a pre-determination for our patients; however, please note this process may take approximately 30 days to receive a response.
